Bloomington PRIDE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to serve lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people of Bloomington and South Central Indiana of all ages through advocacy, outreach, educational workshops, safe-space programs, and arts and culture events.

Currently, Bloomington PRIDE has this program: 

  • Rainbow Elders: connecting elders in Bloomington and surrounding areas with an active, supportive community;

We also host an annual event that has become part of the fabric of life in Bloomington: 

  • Pridefest (August 22nd, 2026): a day-long celebration featuring live entertainment, educational workshops, and family activities with approximately 15,000+ attendees;
