Bloomington PRIDE currently has two programs and a task force working to create safe and inclusive spaces for all—regardless of age or identification.

PRIsm youth community

Prism is an inclusive social group for youth (ages 12–20) celebrating all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions. The group holds meetings, hosts community events, and develops and delivers educational training sessions to youth and adult groups.

lgbt aging & caring network

The network provides support, plans social activities, and creates educational opportunities for the aging LGBTQ+ population in Monroe County and beyond. Members work to create a more inclusive and welcoming community that provides a higher quality of life.

transgender & non-binary task force

We're the first to admit that we can always do better, particularly when it comes to representation and inclusion. That's why we're creating a Transgender & Non-binary Task Force—a standing committee working to create programming, resources, and greater inclusion for our trans & non-binary LGBTQ+ community members.
